Lethem Passport Office, a division of the Central Immigration and passport office has opened its door for the first time to the public on the 29th of August 2022, from Monday to Friday -8.00 hours to 13.00 hours. The spanking new 42 million building was constructed in 2018 and completed in 2021, it is located next the Civil Defence Commission - CDC building behind Eco Lodge Hotel in Central Lethem.
